Britain Mills-Dawes

With a fiery disposition and can-do attitude, Britain Mills-Dawes is an equine practionner, writer, and the founder of Stable Instincts. Known for her quick wit and straight talk, she blends science, soul, and saddle smarts into everything she does. With a background in agriculture, bodywork, and nutrition, Britain has a passion for helping horses feel and perform their best. She’s no stranger to the mic as she has been a clinician and speaker at major events like Horse Expo Canada and Calgary Stampede and writes regularly for equine publications like Saddle Up Magazine. On Uncinched, she brings bold honesty, a dash of humour, and a deep love for the horse industry—flaws and all.

Tea Di Lillo

Quick wit, dry humour and packed with horse stories, Tea Di Lillo is a horse trainer, coach and the founder of QualiTea Equine. Tea has been immersed in the horse industry through unique avenues and diverse experiences. While she has a diploma in Equine Science her knowledge also stems from a lifetime in the saddle and she is passionate about horse and rider success. She is still deeply rooted in the community outside of working and competes in working equitation, volunteers with the Calgary Showriders and hosts clinics. On Uncinched she brings a quirky disposition, a wealth of knowledge and a passion for horses

Jamee Dewitt

Jamee was born and raised in Northern Saskatchewan on her family’s horse farm. She was introduced to horses at a young age and started her horse showing career at the age of 4. She competed in various Open and Breed shows throughout Saskatchewan and Southern Alberta as well as a two time competitor at the Canadian National Appaloosa Show. She has a vast knowledge in both English and Western riding disciplines and her experience includes showing pleasure, horsemanship, showmanship, show jumping, dressage, trail, gymkhana, working equitation, and musical ride/drill team.

Now as a Certified NCCP coach and current Director and Head Coach of the Showriders since 2009, Jamee has taken the team to the 2011 Portland Grand Floral Parade winning Best Overall Drill Team award. In July 2011 she had the honour of her team being the personal mounted honour guard for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on their Canadian Tour.
